Reiki (Lynn only)

A Japanese form of energy healing. The practitioner places over parts of the body to help the body heal itself. Also called healing touch.


Essential Oils (Lynn Only)

Using essential oils applied to the body for a specific condition. Among these are Aroma Touch where eight oils are applied and massage into the skin. Symphony of Cells using 10 to 12 oils on the body to help various conditions that are identified.


Cupping

Using suction to pull on the skin and draw blood to the area.


Heated Stones

Stones are heated and placed on various parts of the body to facilitate muscle relaxation.


Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage helps provide relief from pregnancy related discomfort, promotes relaxation, and enhances overall wellbeing


Deep Tissue Massage

A technique that uses firm pressure and slow strokes to target deep muscle and connective tissue.


Swedish Massage

This massage involves kneading, vibration, tapping, rolling and long strokes to make the body relax. Also called relaxation massage.


Sports Injury / Recovery

Massage involving one or more parts of the body to help the body recovery from injury.


TMJ (Lynn Only)

Temporal Mandibular joint disfunction is characterized by jaw pain, difficulty chewing, and clicking or locking of the jaw. Treatment includes both external and internal work on muscles around the TM joint. It also involves massage of facial muscles and those of the head and neck.


Craniosacral (Lynn Only)

Craniosacral therapy involves gentle manipulation of the bones, membranes and fluids of the craniosacral system to improve balance, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. It is based on the belief that the CS system plays a vital role in maintaining health.


Corporate Chair Massage

This is a chair massage that goes between 5 minutes to 20 minutes per person to provide relaxation therapy. It is provided by an employer to assist in relaxation and a chair is used instead of a table.


Red Light Therapy (Lynn Only)

The key benefits of red light therapy in massage:
